RESTRICTED USE FACILITY RULES

 
 **Residents: The Marion Rubble Site will begin SUMMER HOURS effective APRIL 15, 2024 ** Summer hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays 4pm-9pm and Saturdays 1pm-5pm.  The after-hours leaf and grass drop off site will still be available 24 hours

The following items WILL BE ACCEPTED: grass clippings, leaves, branches cut into lengths of less than 6 feet, twigs (must be separated from grass), white goods (appliances such as refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners must have freon removed), tin, rubble, concrete, separated construction material and asphalt shingles.  All treated wood must be placed in the pit.

 

The following items WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED: household garbage or waste, paper, boxes, plastic bags or containers, Styrofoam, contaminated soil, ashes, waste tires, herbicide/pesticide containers, oil, asbestos, hazardous or special wastes, TV’s, computers and other electronic items.

 

 

ALL LOADS PUT INTO THE PIT WILL BE CHARGED FEES AS FOLLOWS:

                        CAR/PICKUP - $15.00/load

                        LARGE TRUCK/TRAILER - $25.00/load

 

 

ANYONE BRINGING ANY APPLIANCE 20x20x20 OR LARGER MUST PAY A FEE FOR EACH APPLIANCE AS FOLLOWS:

ALL FREON-BEARING APPLIANCES - $15.00/each

NON-FREON-BEARING APPLIANCES - $5.00/each

 

 

ANY OR ALL ITEMS MAY BE REJECTED BY THE SUPERVISORS.
